Proegler Extended Day Program

Extended Day is 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Program is designed for  four year old children of parents who are working full time, are going to school, or by referral.

  

Proegler Half Day Program

Half Day is 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Proegler Dual Language Enrichment Extended Day Program


Head Start offers a 8:00am-3:00pm Dual Language option for a limited number of preschoolers.  Teachers provide literacy and content instruction through two languages, English and Spanish.  It is not the same as traditional bilingual instruction.  In fact, it is an enrichment program for children whose parents wish them to become knowledgeable in two languages.  English speaking children learn Spanish and Spanish speaking children learn English.
